Charles D. Hanrath

1940 -2018

Charles D. Hanrath, 77, of Pleasant Prairie, Wis. passed Thursday, May 10, 2018, at Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa, Wis. He was born Dec. 31, 1940, in Kenosha, the son of the late LeRoy and Marjorie (Richardson) Hanrath.

Charles was educated in the schools of Kenosha. He was employed by Alfa- Laval as a machinist for 35 years. He served his country in the U.S. Marines. Charles enjoyed reading, golfing, and was a Mason.

Survivors include his 3 children Jeff Hanrath, of Ariz., Richard (Marybeth) of Ariz., and Kelly Benicek of Pleasant Prairie, 4 brothers Larry and David Hanrath, Gary and Steve Arnold, 5 sisters Dawn, Jo Anne, Gail, Karen and Patti, 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his sisters RoseMarie and Margielee.

A memorial gathering will be Saturday May 19, 2018, from noon until 2 p.m. at his residence 9548-4th Avenue.
