YELLVILLE, Arkansas - John R. Mickelson, age 64, of Arkansas, formerly of Kenosha died March 9, 2021 at his home.
He was born April 26, 1956 in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. The son of Robert and Kathryn Mickelson (Hitt).
John grew up and attended schools in Kenosha, WI. Upon graduation from Tremper in 1974, he began his work at Snap on Tools where he spent his entire work career. Upon retirement, John relocated to Yellville, Arkansas where he enjoyed the outdoors, caring for many animals and spending time with his many friends.
John was preceded in death by his parents, his nephews: Robby Rosmann and Michael Wytonick and his brother, Darel Mickelson.
John will be greatly missed by his sisters: Debra (Edward) Wytonick, Marsha (Bob) Rosmann Jr.; nephews: Richard (Regina) Wytonick, Robert "RJ" (Sandy) Mickelson, Joshua (Beth) Rosmann and Cassie (Kyle) Diesner; as well as many great nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends including lifelong friends: Dave Jutrzonka and Larry Stephenson.
John will be remembered for his quiet and caring demeanor, for his kind and infectious smile and his love for family. He was always the one that made people laugh and feel good. John had a heart of gold and will be deeply missed by all.
Private services will be held.

So sorry to hear of his passing. Also, so sad we did not know each other as Ron is the youngest of the Rosmann“s of uncles. May the lifetime memories ease the pain and sorrow you feel today and always.
