So very sorry to hear this news and can only offer my deepest sympathy to his family and countless friends for our loss.
I first met Dave in 5th grade when we took painting lessons together and then were classmates from 6th grade through high school. A great friend whom I admired for his brilliant mind, creativity, musicianship, athleticism, sense of humor and kindness to name but a few.
A true renaissance man with a heart of gold, you will be sorely missed by all who knew you.

I was so sorry to learn of Dave's passing. We spent some amazing times together starting when we first met in 7th grade and continuing in college and beyond. He was a true friend.
