I was so sad when I heard the news of Mrs. Fores passing. I am so grateful to God that I came to know her through Mrs. Summers when she coached me in High School. Mrs. Marty was always so nice to me and although I'm sure the Fores came to the games to support their daughter it was always good to have a friendly smile in the crowd even at away games. I am praying for your strength in the days to come.

Tom, my heart is breaking for you and your family. When don and I married in 1975, Marty gave me a recipe for lasagna that I still use today. I looked in my recipe box and found the original one she wrote out for me. I love the recipe before but now I cherish it.

I worked with Marty for 20 years at Ashland Inc. She was my number one "side kick". She was always a big part of my life. She was a precious friend. I will always remember her sweet smile and beautiful nature. I am grateful that I had the blessed opportunity of knowing Marty. A "brighter" star has been added to the galaxy and heaven has received one of its most "special angels"! I have learned "lifelong" lessons through her kindness and generousity during our journey together throughout the years! She was an example for all of us to follow as she embraced life and consciously displayed her strong faith in God. My heart breaks for the family. God bless her "wonderful" family in the days ahead .. . .
