My sincerest condolences to Det. Shelby Boone's family. He and I worked together many years at the Lex P.D. Shelby was one of those people that really enjoyed his work and he sure was a good man to work with. Shelby's demeanor was always one of being helpful and getting the job done correctly--not leaving anything undone. Rest in peace, my friend.

So sorry to hear about Shelby's passing. I worked with him at the Lexington Police Dept., also. He was a very fine man and officer. Our prayers go out to his family and friends.

Im so sorry to hear the passing of Shelby. I worked with him at the Lexington Police Dept.He always had a smile on his face and always treated everyone with upmost respect.My thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends.
