Benjamin Jeffreys Obituary

Benjamin Michael Jeffreys Arpril 21, 1989 – August 14, 2025 Our hearts are broken as we share that Benjamin Michael Baker, born April 21, 1989, took his last breath on August 14, 2025. Benjamin was the son of Marilyn Renteria and Raul Renteria, who has been his dad for the past 30 years. He is also survived by his birth father, Gary Jeffreys and his wife Tammy. He will be deeply missed by his siblings Bethany Baker, Janisa Baker, Maggie Renteria, Emilio Renteria, and Carmen Jeffreys. He was the proud uncle to a growing crew of nieces and nephews who adored him: Miguel Chavez Baker, Mateo Chavez Baker, Kiara Baker, Hadleigh Baker, Brody Baker, Madeline Bagley Baker, Bentley Sexton, Keean Dawson, Jaedee Dawson, and Myia Dawson. Benjamin loved to laugh and if you knew him, you know that laugh. It was the kind that made you laugh too, even if you didn't know why. He loved fishing, spending hours by the water where he found peace. He had a passion for art and drawing. It was one of his favorite hobbies and his home was covered in his artwork. He also loved his cats dearly, Ragnar and Jazmine so much. They were his pride and joy. I know his kitties will also miss him so much. Though our family feels broken without him, we take comfort in knowing Benjamin is now in heaven and is finally at peace. He is reunited with his Grandma Janice Baker, his Aunt Posie, and his Great Aunt Bev. He was a son, a brother, an uncle, and a friend who gave us so much joy, and losing him leaves a hole in our hearts that nothing will ever fill. We love him endlessly, and we will miss him forever.
