Eloise M. Webb

Knoxville, TN

Eloise M. Webb, born September 30, 1921, went to be with the Lord and family members on September 5, 2018. Eloise, affectionately called Grannie Tootsie to many, rejoined her father Rice H. Miller; mother Ida Daniel Miller; sister Leora Miller; brothers John A. Miller and Arnold J. Miller; brothers-in-law Louis Childers and Robert Picket; and son-in-law Jack Alley. She leaves behind daughter Peggy Webb Alley; grandson John Ray (Amy) Alley; sisters Martha Childers, Mary Picket, and Georgia Boggs; and a host of friends and loved ones. Eloise retired from Belk in Harlan, Kentucky, after 27 years and moved to Knoxville to be closer to her daughter, son-in-law, and apple of her eye, John Ray. Grannie Tootsie was a strong prayer warrior and was often called on to remember others in prayer. She was a member of Dante Church of God. Family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, September 9, 2018 with funeral service to follow at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City, with Pastor David Snyder of Dante Church of God and Pastor Marc Sasser of Callahan Road Baptist Church officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m. Monday, September 10, 2018 at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. interment. Online condolences may be left at www.mynattfh.com.
