I think of you so often. I miss you so much!

February 17, 2014

each time I lose a loved one
a part of me dies too

they each take a piece of my heart

when that time comes for us to part

I wonder if that's when my time will come

when there's nothing left to take

with the fading of the sun, no reason to stay awake

Sam was always so gracious and kind every single time he would help me with my machines. He was very sweet towards my children and my 7 year old still mentions him from time to time - she met him when she was 2. It impresses me that a child would remember him.

God Bless the family of Sam. Sam was a fantastic man that
put others first. He will be truly missed by the ET family.

Sam was so special to us. He was much more than a service tech to us. He was dear friend and he loved his family with a passion. He was such a good man and he will be sorely missed. His first install was my first single head machine. My prayers are with the family, may The Lord give you his perfect peace. Janyce Spurlock, Southeast impressions, Lebanon, TN

Sam was the first fellow Hirsch Tech that I met while I was being hired at the office in New York, back Iin 1997. Coincidently, Sam won the 'Technician Rookie of the Year' and personally told me that Hirsch was a great place to work. I guess I can forgive him for that now... :)
Godspeed Sam... it was a pleasure to know and work with you!

We just found out about our beloved friend, Sam. Although seeing him meant we had machine problems, we always looked forward to seeing Sam....his sweet demeanor, big smile, great laugh. He always talked about his special grandchildren. They were certainly the light of his life. Sam himself brought much light into the life of others in so many ways. His gentle, caring manner, helpfulness and generosity made his visits such a pleasure. Sam was an excellent technician but what we really appreciate most about him was Sam, the man. We truly loved this man who we saw rarely but thought about and talked about often. We are envious of the time Jackie and the rest of the family had with him. We will be among the many who will have Sam in our hearts forever.

the kindest and most giving heart. the world will never be the same without this remarkable man. my heart hurts so deeply, if only you had the opportunity to know him for a day, you were blessed with a selfless love like no other. his heart was open to ALL; family, friend and stranger alike. he never judged and he never let anyone in his presence feel unloved. the epitome of selflessness. we will never be without for the amount of love he gave while on this earth will last many lifetimes. i love you Uncle Sam!!! So glad we were able to live close and grow up together and make many memories as cousins. Sam will be missed, but still loved. Thankful for the 2 Tipton reunions in the past few years that had us together as family again. Prayers for the family and friends that got to be with him in the past few months of his illness.

I have lost part of my past and my future as it "should have been." I lost more than "just" a brother. He was a part of me, he knew me from birth until death, and I will miss him and grieve for him every day and always will. There is a hole, an emptiness that will never again be filled.

I am Kristin Trayner's former Manager. I have recognized Kristin as a kind, compassionate person. It is easy to see she received these gifts through a loving family. I am so sorry for the family's loss but glad that her Uncle's light continues to shine through the eyes of loved ones.
