Stacy Borchardt Obituary

Stacy Marie Borchardt

Stacy Marie Borchardt, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2020. She was 45 beautiful years young.

Stacy was born Feb. 19, 1975, to Kelly and Mike Oslie of Galesville. Stacy graduated from G-E-T High School and then earned a degree in nursing from UW-Eau Claire; a profession she shared with her grandma and great-grandma. Over the course of her 22-year career, Stacy touched the lives of countless patients with her caring heart and endless compassion.

She married Jeff Borchardt, May 29, 1999, in Honolulu, Hawaii, and together they raised two amazing sons, Alec and Carter Borchardt. Stacy was a devoted wife, mother, sister, daughter and aunt. She devoted most of her time ensuring others were well cared for. She could always be found supporting her boys' sports teams, exercising and enjoying the outdoors. As a regular attendee of Woodlands Church, her faith and love for God guided her daily. Stacy loved her cake! She would ensure a cake would always be present at every birthday, anniversary, or even just a fun cousin reunion in the middle of the week.

Stacy will be greatly missed and forever loved by her husband, Jeff Borchardt; and sons, Alec and Carter Borchardt; parents, Kelly and Mike Oslie of Galesville; sister, Stephanie (Oslie) Mueller and husband, Elliot; her niece, Emmeline Mueller; and nephews, Levi Mueller and Brady Borchardt; father and mother-in-law, Thomas (Patricia) Borchardt; brother and sister-in-law, Jeremy (April) Borchardt; many aunts, uncles and cousins, who she has loved dearly.

If you wish to give a memorial in Stacy's honor, the family asks that it be directed to Woodlands Church.

To Stacy's family, I'm so very sorry for your loss.
I knew Stacy many years ago from high school. We were in Poms together. I always remember Stacy being so sweet and also very funny! She was a joy to be around.

Jeff, Alec and Carter,
I'm so sorry to hear of Stacey's passing. I met you and Stacey when Alec was very young. At that time I ran an in home day care, and cared for Alec while you and Stacey worked. I remember her smile and her genuine happiness. I still remember our Halloween party where Alec came dressed as the monster in Monters Inc. You did not like that costume at all, but mom thought you were adorable, which you were.
Thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Know that your wife and mother has left a lasting impression on all of us.

Jeff and family ❣
I am so sorry Stacy is gone from this world. I've known beautiful Stacy for about 15 years! I had a procedure done and she was my nurse. I was a single mom and my daughters were young. She asked where my ride was to go home...I told her that I was going to call one of my co workers from Sentry to drive me home.
She said...no, I will take you home! She took me to get me prescription filled, then to my home and got me all settled for recovery ♥ who does that? Beautiful Stacy! Always helping and caring for others. Needless to say we became friends as I would stop in to her place of employment and purchase skin care products...every time I came in she always said the same thing..
Hi Carolyn..how are your girls?
She was so very beautiful inside and out!
She is a true selfless, compassionate person.
She will be missed...that beautiful smile will be missed....
Treasure your love she had for all of you...I know she loved her family so very much❣ I pray you find peace one day❣❣ I am glad she is no longer in pain ❣♥♥❣

Stacy was a generous, kind, and compassionate person who always greeted me with her beautiful smile when I met with her. We was interested in what was going on in my life and was what kept me going back to her place of employment. I will miss our meetings, Stacy, as well as all of our talks. I am so sorry that you are gone from this world. We were both huggers but with Covid, we couldn't. I would give anything to give you one more hug my friend. Rest now and know you left a mark in the heart of everyone who knew you.
