Mr. Dennis W. Slade, 46, a resident of LaGrange, GA passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at his residence.
Graveside services will be 2:00 PM EST Monday, February 2, 2015 at Johnson Memorial Gardens in Valley, AL. Visitation will be Monday from 12:30 – 1:45 PM EST at Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home.
Survivors include his father, Sam Slade of LaGrange, GA; sister, Rhonda Slade Labor (Royce) of Trophy Club, TX; two brothers, Rick Slade of Nashville, NC; Jack Slade (Emily) of Suffolk, VA; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
