My condolences to the Groth family. Eddie was a true leader not only for all his work at HU, UNM and NMSU but also as a military hero serving as a Navy Corpsman with the Marines. Those early days as a corpsman I am sure molded his life and priorities so that there was not a day that went by that he was not grateful for his family and his ability to help others. Eddie, HU will miss your always positive outlook on life and your determination to always look out for your home town university. Semper Fi!
