Arnold Bertram Obituary

March 11, 1920 - May 19, 2015 March 11, 1920 - May 19, 2015 March 11, 1920 - May 19, 2015 Arnold Bertram, 95, one of eight children. He served in the Army during WWII, taught boxing to his regiment. The Army appreciated and made use of his art, caligraphy and carpentry skills, which he employed his whole life. An inventor, an entepreneur, co-owning Wicker Craft Upholstery and Supplies in Pasadena. He loved ballroom dancing, photography, golf, fishing, harmonica, camping, reading and building everything from doll furniture to cabins. He organized games and told endless stories from his imagination for the benefit of his three children and the neighborhood kids. With wife Beverly (predeceased), Arnold gave life to children Diane, Gary and Melinda; grandkids Sariah, Hurst, Shalleena, Kevin, twins Heather & Beth; great grandkids Hailey, Jaden, Ashley, Riley & Ryland. Later in life Miriam was his long time loving companion. Arnold was noted for his kindness and honesty to all.
