David Jessel Obituary
Passed away peacefully on Thanksgiving Day. He is survived by his wife, four children, five grandchildren and sister, who all made him smile. A chaplain in the Canadian military as a young man, and a Rabbi for 45 years, David enjoyed spending time with congregants and teaching at local colleges. A lover of Yiddish humor, David shared his laughter and sense of humor with many. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Jewish National Fund, an organization close to his heart. Funeral Service will be today at 1 pm at Harbor Lawn-Mount Olive Memorial Park.
