Herbert Meyer Obituary
Born Syracuse, NY to Carl and Elizabeth Meyer. Graduated Syracuse University Medical School as an internist and surgeon. Dr. Meyer belonged to numerous civic, charitable, labor and professional organizations. Dr. Meyer is survived by his wife of 32 years, Sharon; daughters, Annette, Bethany; sons, Carl, David, Mark and Jim; grandchildren, Shannon, Samantha and Seth; nieces, nephews and numerous other relatives. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to the American Heart Association, The Diabetes Association or AIDS Los Angeles. A public memorial celebration honoring Dr. Meyer is planned for January of 2006. Details are pending, to be announced at a later date. Stone Funeral Home, Upland in charge of arrangements.
