LAURINBURG — Mr. Kevin M. Singletary Age 43 passed away Friday March 20 in Laurinburg.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00pm Wednesday March 25 at Nazareth MBC in Wagram,NC. Burial will follow at Patterson Memorial Cemetery in Laurel Hill,NC. A visitation will be held 6-8:00pm Tuesday March 24 at McPhatter Funeral Home in Laurel Hill,NC.

My best memory is of this young senior in high school at my house holding my son who was infatuated with him. We sang, laughed, ate, and had wonder fellowship with the senior O-line players. He was so gracious, thoughtful, and kind every time I spoke with him. A true treasure of a man. Honored to know him and call him friend❤

I remember being one of the first people to greet Kev at the Fieldhouse after he and the family moved from Raeford. He was a jokester from the very first moment I met him. We grew to be friends, teammates and brothers during that time and beyond. Kachina and family, I send my live and prayers to you. Kev was and is a great friend, brother, son, husband, father and much more. He will be sorely missed .

I remember recruiting Kevin as a college football player. A very competitive player with the ambition to get better. Great guy that was always down to earth. Love helping with kids in the community but also giving back in any way that he could.
