Barb, Karla and I are shocked to read of Carl's passing. We will remember the times we shared in Arizona and I will always appreciate the opportunity Carl gave me to work at Garret/AlliedSignal in Phoenix. We live in Hickory North Carolina now and I am retired again.

What a good friend you were to me and countless other friends you had, you will be sorely missed. Go be with God and look down upon us with kindness as you always did. My sympathies to your family, always in my prayers.
