John J. Sebastian JONESTOWN John J. "Sour" Sebastian, 79, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2014, at his home. He was the husband of Blanche M. Weaver Sebastian. On January 1st, they celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary. Born in Jonestown on September 11, 1934, he was the son of the late John and Sara Kreiser Sebastian. John had worked for APR in Lebanon as a salesman. He was a member of the Zion's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Jonestown, the Jonestown High School Class of 1952 and the NRA. He was a former member of the Perseverance Fire Co., the Jonestown Fish and Game Club and the American Legion. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Brad J. husband of Wanda Sebastian, and Dale L. husband of Kelly Sebastian, both of Jonestown; grandchildren, Brad Sebastian, Jr., Beth Peiffer and Tiffany and Paige Sebastian; great-grandchildren, Emma and Landon Peiffer, Riley Sebastian and Aeden and Gavin Hines; and his brother, Chester Sebastian of Jonestown. He was preceded in death by his son, John R. "Bob" Sebastian; a granddaughter, Kirsti Sebastian; and his sister, Betty Fake. Services will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home, Rt. 72 and Camp Meeting Road, Jonestown. A viewing will be held beginning at 9:30 a.m. Inurnment will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his church at P.O.
