Gerald "Jerry" C. Anderson, age 64 of Eau Claire, passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at the Marshfield Hospital in Marshfield, WI. He was born in Eau Claire on August 25, 1960 to the late Gerald "Curt" and Judy Anderson.
He married Rebecca "Becky" Jirak in Eau Claire on December 7, 1991.
Jerry was family-oriented and he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially the grandkids. He was a protector of his family. He was a stubborn, smart aleck guy, but his family loved him.
Jerry liked NASCAR, spending time with his MIS family, and following the Green Bay Packers. He enjoyed restoring Tonka Trucks, fishing, throwing some horseshoes, and driving his RC Trucks. Later in life, Jerry found a love for baking!
Jerry was an operator for WRR in Eau Claire and ACE Ethanol in Stanley.
Survivors include his wife Becky, of 33 years; daughters Samantha "Jay" Anderson and Allie (Devin) Sprinkle; grandchildren Deacon and Riley Sprinkle; brother Ken Anderson; sister Sheri (Dan) Harshman; along with other family and friends.
Preceding him in death are his parents.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Lung Association, 13100 W Lisbon Rd # 700, Brookfield, WI 53005 or www.lung.org.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Stokes, Prock & Mundt Funeral Chapel, 535 S. Hillcrest Parkway, Altoona. Private burial will take place at Lakeview Cemetery, Eau Claire.
Cremation Society of Wisconsin, Altoona is assisting the family. Online condolences may be shared at www.cremationsociety-wi.com.
