Still thinking about you... Your huge heart was so full of love. It is truly missed. So many days I think to myself, "If only I would have known that would have been the last time I heard from Lauren, I would have conversed so much longer, shared some laughs, etc"
It still blows me away! Hard to put together for me. The timing, and to suddenly hear from you after so long!!!!?...To make matters even more frustrating, is the fact were suddenly gone, literally a few days later. I will forever keep your text because I know you were trying to talk more to me and help (Your words). We love you!!!!!

To the family of Lauren Allen Hicks: I send my deepest condolences. Lauren was a very special person. Our friendship began in 1998 at Shaw Highschool. I am so thankful I had the honor of knowing such a beautiful soul for the last 18 years of my life. I love Lauren dearly as a friend and will miss her so much. May God wrap his arms around all of you during this time.

I had the great pleasure of hanging out with Lauren a few times and she had a great personality and spirit. She was so much fun to be around. May she rest in peace and get family find comfort during this rough time

Lauren was such a beautiful, smart young woman. My heart breaks for her precious children and family. It was so touching that her last two posts on facebook were about her trust in the LORD. She loved her children so very much and I know they loved her. Rest In Peace Lauren.
