When I knew John Britton it was in his later years. A time of reflections, meeting his wife, loss of his wife, street racing as a young man, etc. stories of his love and life always were cherished topics. John was quite saturated with Masonic activities, he enjoyed teaching and was meticulous in all he did. John's heart was big he made many contributions in an attempt to make this world a better place. John still traveled the world hoping to improve it. His wife's prize weimaraners were his companions, his friends were strong, courageous people, as was John and his concern for service vets was always a strong subject. In all he did he shared grace and honourable kindness. He will be greatly missed.
