My heart is breaking as I just recently received the horrible news of Adam's passing. Words can never express the sorrow I am feeling for the entire Gress family, friends, and Penn State family. I was blessed to have met this fine young man and watch him display his talent on the football field. I pray that time will heal these terrible wounds for the entire family. May God grant you eternal peace Adam.

Adam was our neighbor in Dormont, living across the street from us on Philadelphia Avenue. He was kind, thoughtful, and made our street a better place. He and Angela were a sweet, friendly couple and were liked by everyone. He will really be missed. My sincere sympathy to the family, especially to Angela. May God give all of you His comfort.

My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring comfort. Knowing that there is a hope for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.

Gress family, I am truly sorry for the loss of your loved one. Such a loss can bring many tears and much heartache. Please find comfort and peace in God's promise to "swallow up death forever" and to "wipe away the tears from all faces" in the soon to come, restored paradise.

Lisa, I am deeply saddened to learn of your son's passing. I only met him once or twice but he left an everlasting impression. I will always remember him as a very special young man. Please know that in time the pain you are feeling now will be replaced by fond memories. In the mean time know that you will be remembered in my prayers. Bernie Connolly
