Albert Jerry Deal died peacefully in his sleep on June 15, 2025, at in Waverly, NY at the age of 82. "Uncle Albert" was 1 of 9 children born to Otis & Louise Deal. He was the last of 9 siblings, and with his passing, a treasured generation comes to a sad close. Albert was born & raised in Tampa, FL, and worked as a professional dump truck driver for many years.

Albert Deal is survived by his daughter Tammy Deal, & her son, Bren Albert Donaldson. His oldest daughter Tina Deal preceded him in death.

He was, in every way, the very definition of salt of the earth. His calm strength, open heart and deep, everyday goodness left a positive mark on all who crossed his path. His love lives on-forever remembered.

Uncle Albert leaves behind a legacy built not of material things, but of unwavering & unconditional love. RIP Uncle Albert. The world is more loving and softer because you were here. We love you!

I posted this yesterday but doesn´t show up now, so reposting again. This is my Mom Erma one of Uncle Albert´s younger Sisters . She has been in heaven since 1972 waiting on him and their other Siblings. Uncle Albert was the only one in the Family that kept in touch with me after many of years being apart. I lost that side of the Family in 1972 when my Mom died.Rest in Peace Uncle Albert love and miss you.

Albert was one of my favorite people to see when I worked at Elderwood recently. I would bring in my dog Archie who Albert just adored. Whenever I saw him he would ask where that dog was. I loved hearing about his dog he had in Florida and about the dangerous alligator that lived near him. He was a character and I was very saddened to hear he passed.

This is my Dad, Otis Deal who was called "Brother" and his father, Otis Deal in 1972. My Dad was the oldest of the 3 boys, and he and my Uncle Albert were very close! I smile when I think of this Deal Family Reunion taking place is heaven now.
