Hold on to what is good even if it is a handful of earth.
Hold on to what you believe even if it is a tree which stands by itself.
Hold on to what you must do even if it is a long way from here.
Hold on to life even when it is easier letting go.
Hold on to my hand even when I have gone away from you.

I knew Alyssa in my childhood. My time with her was a time of innocence, trust, friendship, and unconditional love for all. My memories of Alyssa are numbered, and she will always hold a place in my heart. One person can affect many, and I am extreamly thankful to have been priviledged enough to know Alyssa. Though i am many miles away, my thoughts and love go out to Alyssa's family and friends.

I am so sorry to learn of the tragic loss of your beautiful daughter. I heard the tragic news while watching the news on Wednesday. I pray that your family can all work together to get through this terrible loss and that you'll forever have many happy memories of the time spent with Alyssa. I lost a baby at birth and cannot begin to imagine the grief and loss you all are feeling right now. May God be with you all and help ease your pain as the days go by.

Goodbye Always Friend
Goodbye for now
My Always friend
Goodbye for now
Till we meet again
I must go before
My Tears start to fall
Our moments together
I'll remember them all
It hurts so bad
to say goodbye
I live for the time
I can again say "Hi"
Over the years
we did care
There will always be memories
that we made and shared
Goodbye for now
Till we meet again
Goodbye for now
My Always Friend!
Joan, Dave and Kylee My thoughts and prayers are with you.

There are no words or emotions that could ease your pain at this time, and being a mother of teenagers I know your sorrow is great, you will have questions with no answers, but know this answer and this truth, Alyssa is where a higher power decides she needed to be, its not fair, it never will be, but her job is not finished she will live own in the all the hearts of all those she touched through her short life and all those who loved her will honour her by remembering her smile, or a funny quirk and so. Know this, she is in no pain, has no fear, has no sorrow, and will never be more then a brush of the wind from your face and your heart
