Anna McLEISH

McLEISH _ Anna Marie (nee Langdon), aged 84 years, passed away suddenly on July 24, 2002 at St. Vincent's Hospital, Vancouver, B.C. Predeceased by her husband Ronald, she is survived by her children: three sons, Jim (LaVerne), Bill (Elaine), Doug and daughter Barbara; grandchildren, Jessica and David; brother Bert; sister Jennie and numerous nieces and nephews. Devoted to caring for her home and family, Anna also found special joy for many years as a volunteer with "Carefree" assisting with the daycare of special needs children. At the time of her death she had been a longtime resident of Richmond Lions Manor. Over the years she enjoyed Bible study, carpet bowling, brain games, crafts and bus outings. Many thanks to everyone at Richmond Lions Manor for their kind and caring support. A special note of thanks goes to Dr. Sheldon and the staff at St. Vincent's Hospital West 2. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Friday August 2nd at Gilmore Park United Church, corner of No. 1 and Blundell Roads, Richmond.
