I live on Grand Blvd. and I was home that day. I have thought about Asher and your family most days since then. Asher has touched our community very deeply. When I heard the news of a terrible accident up the street from where I live, it was horrible enough. To further learn a young child was taken from us, was even more horrific. Since that day, you have been in my thoughts and I drive past the spot on my way home, stopping and saying a little prayer for Asher and for all of you. I've tried to write this message several times but find myself at a loss of words each time. Nothing I write seems sufficient for all I want to say. I cry and cry. Dear Stacey and Ron! Although I never met Asher I imagined him to be very beautiful and loved. After seeing his photos my heart broke from realising just how beautiful and loved he was!... I know that for anyone in your situation the biggest question would be how to live after this, how to make sense of all this and see meaning in life without Asher.
