We are so sorry and sadden to hear the loss of one of the most genuine beautiful souls there was. Looking back of all the years of our families growing up together between sleep overs, soccer practice rides and playing soccer together as we grew up and watching you grow as a person was a honor. I have no doubt in my mind you would have made an amazing nurse but god had others plans of having you help and heal people in need ❤
Our deepest sympathies to the family.
Until we meet again sweet girl.

I am nursing faculty at Aultman College. Ava was one of my students over the years and her kindness, work ethic, and drive to excel made her stand out. She touched many lives as a nursing student and her path was paved with dreams of future success. God had different plans for her than we did, and this world will be a little less bright without her in it. Many prayers and thoughts for your family as you face this season in your life.

Ava was a beloved and diligent student at Aultman College and will be deeply missed.
Thank you for everything you taught me. From how to be a good teammate, to a good, wholehearted person. There were things you learned in the year ahead of me, that you prepared me for, and I will forever be thankful for you being a guidance. The funniest,

Thank you for everything you taught me. From how to be a good teammate, to a good, wholehearted person. There were things you learned in the year ahead of me, that you prepared me for, and I will forever be thankful for you being a guidance. The funniest, purest, kindest soul. You were so hard working, and to not only be my teammate but to be the girl I went to state with and raced every week with. The girl that handed me every baton. From prom, to stupid nights at Mack’s house just enjoying each others company . You’ve changed my life, and many others. I love you forever Ava.

When Ava first started working at Grinders, I always thought she was much older than she actually was, because she was so mature. She was one of the most driven people I’ve ever met with such a bright future. She cared so much about people and even offered to help out with my dad when he got sick. For that, I’m forever grateful. She made a huge impact in a short time and I always knew when I worked with her, it would be a fun night. She will truly be missed, and my heart and prayers go out to her family.

Moments like these are difficult and finding the appropriate words to say always seem out of reach. To Ava, you were always selfless and willing to give to others without expecting anything in return. You deserved the world and despite all of life’s challenges, you were always so resilient and never wanted pity. I’m 1,000% confident you would’ve made an incredible nurse and even better travel nurse with pepper by your side the whole way. I will forever be grateful for the time we shared together and I’m glad God allowed me the opportunity to learn through you. You’ll always be loved and our memories together cherished. ❤
To your family, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7 NKJV
It was honor meeting and getting to know you all. I hope that one day you all will be at peace. I’m so sorry for such a loss as this. Once again I wish I had the words to say, I can smile looking back at the moments shared. Thank you for being you. Aforementioned, you are loved, from then, now and forever ❤

I met Lisa, Ava's mom, when she helped me with my grief over my daughter's death from a traffic accident and she was 22 years of age. There are times when there are too few words left to heal us, when what we wish for is to be carried, when all we have left is the hope that tomorrow will be a more gentle place to land than today. Love you Lisa, Sue Slates

Ava.. I truly don’t know where to begin.. We became pretty good friends as you were the only one who I made a connection with when I moved into alliance. Met you through another at the gym and you and I became good workout friends. We always talked about hanging out but our schedules never lined up. We texted everyday; about life, our futures, lifting, etc. We had a lot in common. I was excited for our future as good friends. I am truly sadden I lost a good friend. You were super intelligent and one of the kindest people I knew. I will always remember you and our friendship we had. May you Rest In Peace. ♥
To the Family: I am truly very sorry for your loss, my condolences to you all
