Bernard Anfield Obituary
Minneapolis, Minnesota —Bernard Anfield was born and raised in Augusta, Georgia on July 12,1950, to John Willie Anfield and Irene Latimer.
He graduated from Lucy C. Laney in 1969. He later moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota in the late 80's, where he passed away on April 3, 2021.
Bernard is survived by: daughter, Bernadette Bean (Anfield); two sons, Anwar Anfield and Brandon Freeman; two granddaughters, Arden Faith Bean and Harlowe Nicole Anfield; step mother, Sallie Anfield; two brothers, Wilfred Anfield and Isaiah Anfield; three sisters, Richardean Wilson-Wright, Cecelia Anfield, and Diane Wilson; close friend, Holly Hampton; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Second Antioch Baptist Church, 5468 Story Mills Road, Keysville, Georgia.
Public viewing Friday, April 16, 2021 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at the mortuary.
