Dear Patti,
Sending my heart and prayers out to you and your family with the passing of your wonderful, kind and courageous mother. I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to care for her during my clinical rounds, I couldn't have asked for a better first patient. Her kind and caring smile will always hold a special place in my heart. God Bless

Patti,
My deepest sympathy in the passing of your wonderful Mother. I shall miss visiting with both of you on Thursday evenings. I want to thank you and your Mother for all you did for the students. Your Mother was always so nice to them even when she was not feeling her best.
