Just finding out about Brenda today, so very sad. I will miss her laugh and humor , always laughing or making others smile . I hope she finds peace now and I'm sure she will be an angel to her son . I'm not sure who is taking care of Devon but if there's anything you need I am happy to help. Rest easy Brenda.

I met Brenda at Veranda. I absolutely loved giving her a hard time for always sitting outside and smoking. Her face would light up sharing her stories and photos of Devon . May her soul rest in eternal peace.
May god give the family strength to go through this painful death

My sincere condolences to you all! Brenda was a very talented and hard working chef. She loved Devin more than anything and we all have missed them very much! They have been in our hearts and prayers for years and they will continue to be.

I love my sister. I do. We didn´t keep in touch much as we grew older-life pulled us in different directions, and we didn´t always see things the same way. But as kids, she was my sidekick, my best friend. We had this unspoken bond, knowing that no matter what, we had each other. I only wish that connection had carried on into our adulthood.
There are so many memories I hold close-watching her play baseball for Pizza Express, running around the neighborhood at Grandpa and Nana Perry´s house. Those were the days when everything felt simple, and we were just... us. Brenda, my heart aches knowing I won´t get to make more of those memories with you. I´ll miss you more than I can put into words.
I´m so sorry for the times I wasn´t there, for the distance that grew between us. I´ve got regrets, more than I can count, but I´ll never forget the incredible person you were-the way you would do anything for anyone, even for me, when I didn´t deserve it.
I hope you knew, in your final moments, that I loved you, that I always did. I´ll carry your memory with me for the rest of my life and do my best to honor it in every way I can. Goodbye, Bren. I will miss you. Love, DJ
