Brian Hollars

Services for Brian Hollars, 25, Davenport, will be noon Tuesday at Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport. Visitation is 10:30 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery, Davenport. Mr. Hollars died Oct. 22, 2002, at University Hospitals, Iowa City. He had worked at Labor Ready, Davenport. He was enrolled at Kaplan College, working towards an accounting degree. He was born May 21, 1977, in Rock Island. He married Mary Francom in 1995 in Davenport. Survivors include his wife, Mary; children, Vivian, Desiree, Symphony and Evan Hollars, all at home; mother and stepfather, Cindy and Don Hollars, Davenport; father and stepmother, Mike and Deb Hollars, New Virginia, Iowa; sisters, Laurie Robinson, Davenport, and Alicia Starner, Centralia, Ill.; and brother, Michael, East Moline.
