"Love, Peace & Happiness"
Brittany Ann Hilliard, 23, of Port St. John, passed away Monday evening, January 7, 2013.
Brittany was a graduate of Titusville High School and was a choir member. She attended New Life Christian Fellowship. She loved music, writing, poetry and singing. She was a very bright and creative, young woman who put her heart and soul into everything she did. She had a passion for marketing and advertising and had looked forward to a future in that career.
She is survived by her mother, Michaela Hilliard; her father, Philip Hilliard (Pamela); her brother, Austin (Amanda) Hilliard; her maternal grandmother, Rachel Sharpe of High Pointe, NC; her paternal grandmother, Sue Hilliard of Whiting, NJ; and many friends.
A memorial service was held for everyone who was touched by her life at New Life Christian Fellowship on January 12, at 11 am.

Brittany was in my class at THS. She was really nice, and I was so sad to hear of her passing years ago. I still think about her sometimes and thought I'd drop a message. In case her loved ones ever see this, please know that Brittany and her kindness will always be remembered.

Brittany, you were amazing. I still can't believe you are gone. I remember all the good times we had together. I loved playing basketball with you at the community center, I loved having late night talks with you. I will also never forget my first date with you. We went to see Without a Paddle and we had a blast.

Brittany, it's so hard to believe you are gone. I remember all the fun we had going out, partying and just lay around chit chatting spilling secrets. You were such a colorful fun person and stood out from the rest of us with your out-going personality and creativity. Made you a poem.

I'm so sad that I couldn't be there. I really wish I could have paid my respects to you and your family..I remember the last time we hung out, we were up until 5 AM singing and recording at Mo's house. You had such a pretty voice and were a great writer. Always smiling. I'm still pretty shocked by all of this..It's hard to believe I'm not going to see you anymore. We hadn't hung out in awhile, but you were still a friend and I cared about you. Rest in peace Brittany, you are loved and missed by many.
