C.J. Coleman Obituary

C.J. (Jim) Coleman, born December 10, 1928, passed away on August 5, 2004. He was a graduate of the University of Texas, served in the Korean War, where he was an Airborne Ranger in the 11th Inf. Co. He is survived by wife, Lisby; sons, Calvin and Clinton (Dallas); daughters, Tina Strama and husband Tony (Dallas), Jennifer Stebing and husband Adam (B.C., Canada) and Brandi (S.A.); stepdaughter, Nancy Jean Kutz and husband Fred (S.A.); brother, Jack and wife Joyce (S.A.); sisters, Faye DeVilbiss (Pleasanton), Joy Wallace (S.A.), Lenora Schoultz and husband Ernest (Dallas); 10 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by parents, J.W. and Frances Marr Coleman and brother, Lloyd (Josh). Memorial will be held Friday, August 13, 2004 at 1:00 P.M. at the Cornerstone Chapel. His body has been donated to University of Texas Health/Science to further the study of diseases of Cancer.
