So many great memories! When we were younger we spent lots of time together as the brothers were really close and together often. We were the first group of cousins and I was the baby of the group. I remember playing in the yard at the Fairborn house on the corner while our dads worked on the big rig. Chad was so neat and tidy, everything in his room had its place. Then there were nights at the skating rink, and shenanigans on the farm. Then we all learned to drive and Chad would often work on my "hand me down" 76 Chevy Nova. I believe almost all of the boys had already given it a run for its money. As I heard many stories about the things they had done to it. I would always stay with him while he worked on them and chat, which is also where I learned that cussing is required when working on cars. So many great memories. Even though we hadn't talked in a while his passing really hits home. We will miss you! Rest in Peace!

You were my cousin by blood, but you were my friend by choice. In my heart, you will forever be linked with running around Margie´s farm, dirt bikes and motorcycles, cruising around in the Malibu and the power of family and friendship all rolled into one.

My brother and I moved from Dayton to Fairborn when we were 12 and 14! Chad and Rusty were the only other kids on Byron Rd! They both became fast friends w my brother Jimmy and as we all grew up and had our own lives, time just flew by! I´ve seen his dad Mike on many occasions and always asked about Chad! So sad to hear of his passing just a few days after turning 50RIP Chad!
My deepest condolences to his family!
Sincerely, Angie Lewis

Chad came to visit one day when I was little, and he spent the day telling me all the ins and outs of his 57 Chevy Bel Air he and Dad rebuilt. He drove it around the block with me and Dad on a test ride and I thought he was the coolest big brother in the world and I still do.
