Charlene Ann Camp (nee Belko) November 10, 1966 - August 8, 2023

Charlene Ann Camp, beloved wife, mother, and friend, passed away peacefully at her home in Wallingford, Connecticut, on August 8, 2023, at the age of 56. Born on November 10, 1966, in West Haven, Connecticut, Charlene lived a life marked by love, resilience, and devotion to her family.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Charlie, whose unwavering love was a constant throughout their years together. Her cherished twin daughters, Ashley and Melissa, brought immeasurable joy to her life and were truly the light of her world. Through Ashley, she was blessed with her beloved grandson, Jayden, whose presence filled her heart with pride and happiness. She also leaves behind a brother, Martin. She was predeceased by her mother, Rose, in 1999, her brother Kevin and her father Joe, who passed away in June of 2023. Charlene's warmth, kindness, and unwavering support touched everyone who knew her, and her legacy lives on in the hearts of those she loved most.

Charlene was an avid gardener whose love of flowers blossomed into a position at Stop & Shop in Wallingford, where she delighted customers with her beautiful floral arrangements. Growing up she found great joy in boating with her parents and family, embracing the peace and freedom of being out on the water.

Throughout her life, Charlene faced numerous illnesses and challenges with remarkable courage and grace. She was a fighter-steadfast and strong-until the very end. Her presence brought comfort, her laughter brought joy, and her strength inspired those around her. Whether she was sharing quiet moments with family or offering a helping hand to others, Charlene's spirit was one of generosity and resilience.

Charlene spent her final days in home hospice care, surrounded by love and compassion. Her best friend Fran and Fran's husband Michael visited almost daily, offering unique and heartfelt support during this challenging time. The family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude to Fran and Michael for their unwavering kindness and assistance. They also wish to pay special thanks to Kristi and Bernie, coworkers whose kindness and friendship continue today with her family.
