Christine Mitich Obituary
Beloved daughter of the late Edward A. and Helen Turzinski, caring sister of Judy (Howard) Hayes and Kathleen (Michael) Cook, proud mom of Jason (Rebecca) and Gavin (Suzanne) Mitich, and loving grandma to Eliza, Samuel, Claudia, Benjamin, Maxwell, and Graham Mitich, the best grandchildren ever! She is further survived by terrific family and friends.
Chris was an activist, volunteer, educator, dog lover, and prolific reader who believed in the power of leading a purposeful life.
At Chris's request, no flowers, memorials or services will be held. A wonderful celebration of her life was previously held. Instead, please consider doing random acts of kindness such as donating blood, planting seeds or a tree, and helping people, animals and the earth.
