Christopher S. 'Wolf' Pachuta KUNKLETOWN Christopher S. "Wolf" Pachuta, 35, of Kunkletown, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2018 in his home. He was the husband of Angela (Frantz) Pachuta. They were married for four years on June 28, 2018. Chris was born December 25, 1982, in Bethlehem, PA. He was the son of Paul and Patricia (Shortall) Pachuta of Nazareth. Chris graduated from Notre Dame High School and earned his Bachelor's Degree from Kutztown University and his Master's Degree from DeSales University. He was a Social Studies Teacher at Pleasant Valley High School, where he was Head Soccer Coach and JV Basketball Coach. Prior, he was also Head Girls Basketball Coach for Moravian Academy, and Head Soccer Coach for Dieruff High School, along with numerous local soccer clubs. Chris was a proud basketball and soccer player of all levels throughout his life. He was a devoted Manchester United Fan. He loved reading history books and was an avid runner. In addition to his wife and parents, Chris is deeply missed by twin sons, Connor and Jack Pachuta; sister, Kim Fritchman and husband Douglas of Forks Twp.; nephews, Mason and Cameron Fritchman; mother and father-in-law, Jane Frantz and husband Maynard of Kunkletown; brother and sisters-in-law, Amy Haydt and husband Dean, Stacy Frantz, Emily Bingler and husband Brandon, Alison Roll and husband Gregory, Jessica Keegan and husband Charles, Zachary Frantz and wife Tara; also by many nieces and nephews; maternal grandmother, Joan Shortall; grandfather-in-law, Robert Hardner Sr. A service will be held on Monday, Aug. 27, 2018, at 11 a.m. in the Joseph F. Reichel Funeral Home Inc., 220 Washington Park, Nazareth, PA 18064, followed by burial in Holy Family Cemetery of Nazareth. Calling hours will be Sunday from 5 to 9 p.m. and Monday 10 to 11 a.m., both times in the funeral home. South Mountain Middle School is where I met Mr. Pachuta, around 2007, he was more than my teacher - he was my friend.

He used to always play `The Fray - How to Save a Life´ and every time I hear it now, I think about him. It makes me sad `cause that´s a very touching song.

As a young teenager, Pachuta taught me a lot about life, drugs and being kind to others. He even gave me his number (I never contacted him) but the trust was there.

I saw him at a Maravian vs Lincoln Leadership game in 2013, but I didn´t go up to him to say "Hi" and I will have to live with that decision everyday...

Me and Pachuta dominated in them South Mountain dodge ball tournaments!!!

Mrs. Pachuta & Family:
My sincere condolences to you and the family on the passing of Chris. As a PIAA Soccer Official, I had the privilege of officiating his teams on numerous occasions. Chris was always firm but fair and if there was a question on a call, he readily accepted our explanation when provided to him. He will be missed by the soccer community.

To The Pachuta Family,

Words cannot express the sadness I felt when hearing about Chris's death. He was a joy in my classroom and a bright light on the soccer field and basketball court.

Chris was an asset to Notre Dame High School. I was blessed to have Chris in my life. I know what a terrific son, husband, teacher, coach and most importantly father Chris was.

I pray that his sons know what a wonderful human being their father was.
