I was Jack and Norma's neighbor over on Forest Trail Court in Irmo and Rob became a roommate of mine for a year or so before I moved back to CA. We had a lot of good times hanging out watching football on Sunday's. A total Detroit Sports fan all the way through. I have not stayed in contact with him but I have heard stories of how he was doing and we exchanged hellos through friends. For some crazy reason I have been thinking of him lately wondering how he was doing.... Maybe because Lions have been doing so well I knew he would be pumped up and I was happy for him. All the years of being such a great fan it is sad to see him not be able to enjoy there break out year. A great fiend to many and would do anything for you. I remember Slade as a little dude he loved you so much.... He loved life, his friends his mom and dad and was a true American. Thanks for being a friend to me and I will cherish the time we hung out together... You are part of the great memories that I hang on tight to form South Carolina. Rest In Peace my Brother and may God be with you your family and all your friends.

Dear Aunt Norma and Uncle Jack,

I know how much Rob meant to you and how much you meant to Rob. You gave unselfishly by raising him when Aunt Virginia was killed at his young age of 5. I personally know the sacrifices you made and the support and love you gave Rob his entire life. You honored Aunt Virginia in a way that will never be forgotten.

Rest in peace with your Mom, Rob.

Love,
Bobbie

R.I.P. my friend Rob, we where friends in high school and I do remember those good ole days @ Irmo, man you where always so damn funny. We lost contact over the years, but always seam to run into each other from time to time catching up on what all had been going on over the years and what all the people we knew had been up to. It was good seeing and talking with you last month my friend, If we had only knew what the future was to hold I would have sat there with you longer and laughed and cut up as we did. Take care on the next part or your journey Bobby Shock. You will be missed by many, my thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. My god be with you my friend.

Rob my brother my friend RIP. Im so thankful for all of our memories over the last 27 yrs. I ll always remember the countless concerts, times at the beach and all of the parties we use to go to and host at numerous cola hotels(sorry columbia we trashed a few back then). Since moving to NY in 91 and many visits back to Cola i wish you would of visited NY one time. You taught me many things over the yrs especially respect for others. I still feel im in a bad dream and our wkly phone calls over several yrs are coming soon.Im so disappointed and regret im unable to get back to columbia to say goodbye to you. i can still hear your voice and our long conversation we had six days prior of GODS calling. I ll cherish every memory even when you knocked me out cold in the putt putt parking lot after the ozzy concert when we were horsing around. Too many memories to list . I will always love you my brother RIP . LOVE & PRAYERS JIM CAGGIANO ...
