Cindy Mercado Tirado, 66, passed away June 30, 2014 at her home in Howell. Cindy was born and raised in Puerto Rico moving to New Jersey for the past 7 years. She was a teacher for many years in San Juan. Cindy was an avid Bingo player and was known for her optimistic personality. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister and will be greatly missed by all. Cindy is survived by her children, Alfredo Rosas Mercado, Alberto Rosas Mercado and Cynthia Rosas DeMoro, grandchildren, Maleny, Coralys, Gabriela, Nachi, Klarissa, Adriana, Alfredo Jr., and Emilian and sister Mary Luz Mercado Tirado. Friends may call Thursday, July 3, 2014 from 4-9 pm at the D'Elia Funeral Home Rt. 70 & Vermont Ave. Lakewood, NJ 08701. Cremation will be private.
