Age 8, of Hampton Twp., on April 25, 2014, after a long battle with Pediatric Brain Cancer. Son of Steven C. Michalek, Jr. and Brittany Caligiuri; grandson of Jeanne Caligiuri, Charles McCracken, Steven Michalek, Sr., and Debra Michalek; brother of Jackson Michalek. Also many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Connor loved to play baseball, he loved the beach and swimming, but most of all he loved WWE and Daniel Bryan. Visitation Sunday 1-8 p.m. at NEELY FUNERAL HOME, 2208 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw. Service and interment will be private. Please visit us at:

Connor Michalek was a lovely little boy who died so young from cancer at the age of 8. After his death, I have been donating all I can to Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation that is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The beautiful charity in Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation, they love what I give and I hope they continue to love what I will give to them. God bless you Connor. We will all miss you

I have been writing letters to the Connor's Cure campaign or charity at the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Sending all the support I got to the wish kids and for the family who loved Connor like his blood, his friends and even the World Wrestling Entertainment. Connor will still be missed by me and I hope that everything goes well to not only his family blood, but to his friends and the WWE. One of these days, if I try out for a sport I will dedicate my victory to Connor Michalek and Christopher James Greicius who passed away before Make-A-Wish was founded. My heart, my condolences, my thoughts and my prayers still go out to the entire Michalek reunion and the family blood. I can't even imagine the sorrow that they are all going through right now. But I want them all to know that my heart, my prayers, my condolences and my thoughts are with them. I hope all is well for everyone and God bless you. The Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation is in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and that's Kurt Angle's hometown.

Connor was a great kid and when I watched that video of him with WWE moments, I was feeling heartbroken because Connor was having a history of Pediatric Brain Cancer. My heart, my condolences, my thoughts and my prayers go out to his family, WWE, and he also loved WWE superstars such as Daniel Bryan. He will be missed but never forgotten. He left a legacy behind and I will donate for Connor's cure at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation. I send a letter there and I will never forget about Connor. His family will be in my prayers and Connor was a child of God so I know he is in a better place, but unselfishly every single one of us will miss him. We love you and we miss you Connor

I have written in the guest book before I think of your little boy often. I am a breast cancer survivor 4 years tomorrow. Just found another lump need to go for ultra sound to find out whats going on. Cancer is a horrible disease that don't care who it hits. But Connor was such an amazing little boy and it hurts me down to my soul. I just wanted to let you know I walked this year as I do every year in the Relay for Life this year it was in Connor's memory and every year from here on out it will be for him that I walk.
