Oh, my dear buddy, Danny. Remember when you spend the week with us? What a joy you were. We went to the mountains with Skye and Olin and slid in the snow. And the treasure hunts and birthday parties...clues taped to your chair. The cast was a major event and you were such a trooper. Your dad had a wonderful broomstick scratching device that saved the day. You taught us well, beloved.

Dr. Lederer,
My heart goes out to your family - those related by blood and those created by the spirit of your beautiful son! I was and will always be so grateful for the gift that that you gave to me and our entire class, by allowing us to meet him - inviting us into the biggest piece of your heart! It may seem near irrelevant to you at this point...the influence that you have had on the lives of those you have touched as a professor and mentor...but I couldn't be more blessed to have had your guidance. You created an atmosphere, so unique and effective. It enticed learning for me, that was more touching than any other person I had ever met...its impact - for life! Truly! It is because you always gave all of your heart, that I will keep a piece of your son with me forever! Thank you!
