David Lloyd Boston

David L Boston, age 63, passed away at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs on October 30, 2024 surrounded by family. David was born on April 8, 1961 in La Junta Colorado to Duane and Sylvia Boston. He was always a free spirit and carved his own crazy creative path in life. He loved cars (Mopar especially) and working with his hands. His creativity was never-ending. He loved to make people laugh with his impersonations and high energy. David worked as a DJ, owned his own car stereo and window tint installation business, and was able to master any task thrown at him. David is survived by his mother Sylvia (Joe); wife Denise; children Brandi (Rusty) and Dustin; grandchildren Hollyann, Michelle (Dean), Kaitlin, DJ, and Ryan; sisters Debbie (Jerry), Deana (Gordon); brother Danny; numerous nieces and nephews and their children, with a special close bond to his niece Erica. He is preceded in death by his father Duane; grandparents Harvey and Beulah; sisters Diane and Dawn; niece Amber; nephew Michael. David had the biggest heart and loved many and was loved by many. He will be missed everyday. A private service will be held in Blanca Colorado where his ashes will be buried next to his grandparents.
