Dave
Passed away unexpectedly in hospital on 22nd June 2015 aged 68 years.
Devoted Husband to June, loving father to Karen and Hazel, brother to Dorothy,
and a good friend to many.
He will be greatly missed by
all who knew him.
A private family cremation will
take place on the morning of
Monday 6th July.
The family would love all who knew
Dave to attend his Memorial service on
6th July at 2.30pm at St John the
Evangelist Church, Whitchurch, Bucks
HP22 4JZ and afterwards at The Betsey Wynne pub, Swanbourne, MK17 0SH.
Black attire not requested,
colours preferred.
Family flowers only, donations if desired
for the benefit of The Air Ambulance
