David Michael Collard

Jupiter - David Michael Collard, affectionately known as Dave, passed away June 24, 2024 in Jupiter, Florida leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of kindness. He is the son of the late David Collard and Joanne Riley Collard. Born October 22, 1982 in Attleboro, Massachusetts, where his father was on the North Attleboro and Plainville Fire Departments, David and his mother became residents of Jupiter, Florida in 1988. Dave's love for football and baseball was only matched by his passion for the ocean and fishing where he found peace and enjoyment.

A personality and a belly laugh that would light up every room, he would give the shirt off his back to anyone, embodying generosity and selflessness. He was not only the best friend anyone could ask for but also an exemplary son to his parents. Dave's unconditional love and loyalty will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing him. He is survived by his Aunt and Uncle Nancy Riley Wall and husband David Wall of The Villages, Florida, cousin Amanda Nee of Wareham, MA, late cousin Christoper Lund, his beloved dog Simon, and the love of his life Patricia Jean Taylor.

A memorial service will be held July 14, 2024. One of David's most happiest days was the day he rescued his dog Simon; in lieu of flowers please consider a donation to Furry Friends of Jupiter, FL in David's honor.
