Gower David
age 75.
David Gower passed away on
16th October 2014 in Charlotte NC USA after a very hard fought battle with cancer.
He was born on 1st May 1939 in Ashford Kent. David grew up in Kent before moving north, ultimately running his own warehousing business Airfield Warehousing Ltd at Polebrook near Oundle in Northamptonshire. In his later years he married his American wife Katherine and spent the majority of his time living in North Carolina in the US.
He is survived by his wife Katherine, sister Ruth, daughter Karen, son Richard and 5 grandsons Ben, James, Charlie, Harry and Toby.
On Friday 14th November 2014 at 2pm a service will be held at Charing Crematorium in Kent, followed by an After Service Celebration at the Hop Pickers Pub in Ashford.
Everyone who knew David is invited
to attend.
