David Roy Obituary
MANHATTAN BEACH, Calif - David J. Roy, 69, died Feb. 19, 2016, after a valiant struggle with pancreas can- cer. It was his hope that he contributed, if only in a small way, to advancing science toward the cure of this disease as a result of enrolling in novel, experimental cancer trials in his quest for survival.
Dave was born in Rochester, N.H., on May 3, 1946, the son of Louise and Phillip Roy, and spent most of his childhood in Sanford. After graduating from Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., in 1968, Dave moved to southern California where he obtained a graduate degree at the University of Southern California and co-founded a medical information systems company, Science Dynamics Corporation. He subsequently served as a senior trustee and executive for a family office located in New Jersey until his death.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy; sons, Neal and Craig and their wives, Vicki and Betsy; his sisters, Joanne Kimball and Linda Kilgour; and seven grandchildren.
A celebration of Dave's life will be held in California on March 4.

Nancy, my deepest sympathies to you during your of time grief. I am a bit late but just found out of Dave's passing.
I thought of Dave as a friend and have been thinking of him. I called all the numbers I had and found they were disconnected. I googled Dave and learned of his passing.
