I am saddened by the loss of this wonderful man, Mr. Dave Wharton. He was always projected a bright light and an energetic presence wherever he landed. A gentleman and a caring individual, Dave could be counted on to extend a kind word and a helping hand. He will be sorely missed down here; however, we know that Earth's loss is Heaven's gain. May he Rest in Paradise until we all meet again.

Mr. Wharton was my Homeroom teacher in Camden High class of 1981. He was always pleasant, smiling, helpful, respectful and dressed nice and professional. He was one of our best teachers. He use to call me "bright eyes" all through school and when ever he saw me because I have light green eyes. May the Lord God receive him and Say "Well Done"
