Delmar Vansel Obituary
Delmar was raised in Cole Camp. He joined the Navy and served during World War II. After his Honorable Discharge he returned to Missouri. Delmar enjoyed fishing and hunting and he was proud of his garden.
Delmar is survived by 3 daughters, Shirley Chiles and husband John, Juanita King and Mary Tabor; 5 sons, Aubrey Vansel, Roger Vansel, John Vansel, John Kinyon and Ricky Rowlette; 3 sisters, Ethel Monteer, Dorothy Garrett and husband Charles and Juanita Deckard; 1 brother, Robert Vansel; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Delmar was preceded in death by his parents, wife, 3 brothers, Clifford, Jesse and Cleo and 2 sisters, Rose and Opal.
Visitation will be Friday, Sept. 3 from 11:00AM until the funeral service at 12:30PM, at Ewing-Schutte-Semler Funeral Home. Rev. Sid Mabry will officiate. Burial will be in Union Cemetery in Cole Camp.
Family suggests memorial contributions to the funeral home in lieu of flowers.
