Passed away peacefully on 29th October, 2014 at Bassetlaw Hospice.
The funeral service will take place on Wednesday 12th November 2014 at Sherwood Forest
Crematorium at 11.00am.
Donations only please, no flowers.
Mourners are requested to wear something red.
