Don was an amazing neighbour and friend. Always upbeat, always a mischief-maker, and a really nice guy. I often told him he was the real thing - a true Irish leprichan! Will truly miss him, Kathy (and Ron) Coates.

Uncle Don was one of the most amazing people and I was blessed to have in my life; an inspiration not only to me but my entire family. He and Uncle Bob Baker along with their family and friends went above and beyond to make people happy, and love life. They cared so much about everyone's well being.
I have so many awesome memories and I wish nothing but the best to the entire family.

Don was one fine man and neighbor. I am sad he had to go through what he went through, especially toward the end. He never complained, always had a big smile, warm handshake and greeting for me.
