Dearest Fran & Family,
Don will be dearly missed by all of us at New Chelsea Society. Don's continued unwavering support of the Staff and Residents was instrumental in making the Society a well known and recognized Housing Society throughout Canada. I am proud to have known Don for over 30 years and to be able to call him my Mentor and friend. You are all in our thoughts and Prayers during this very difficult time.
All my love,
Lee Miller
